Permanent Absent Voter List Request Form

Attention Registered Voters

With the State Legislature recently eliminating the option of straight party voting, we are predicting a very busy and popular election cycle.  We are expecting longer than normal lines and wait times at our polling locations with the upcoming August and November elections.  If you meet one of these requirements, you may vote as an 'absentee'.

  • Age 60 years old or older (before November 8th, 2016)
  • Unable to vote without assistance at the polls
  • Expecting to be out of town on Election Day
  • In jail awaiting arraignment or trial
  • Unable to attend the polls due to religious reasons
  • Appointed to work as an election inspector in a precinct outside of your precinct of residence

If you are interested in being a Absentee voter in these coming up elections and if you want to be on our permanent absentee voter list, please fill out the forms below and return to the Metamora Township Clerk's Office, in person or mail @ 730 W. Dryden Road, Metamora MI  48455 or you can email the forms to Clerk@metamoratownship.com or Depclerk@metamoratownship.com .  If you have any questions, please contact the Township Office's at 810-678-2237, Monday thru Thursday 9-5 p.m.
