Lawn Maintenance Services for the 2026 season
Metamora Township is seeking bids for lawn mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanup services at Township-owned properties for the 2026 season.
Service Locations:
- Township Hall/Fire/Police property
730 W. Dryden Road, Metamora, MI 48455 - Rock Valley Cemetery
Southeast corner of Rock Valley Road and Barber Road - Farmers Creek Cemetery
Baldwin Road, ¼ mile south of Pratt Road (east side)
Service Period:
- May 2026 through November 2026, weather permitting
Scope of Work:
- Township Hall/Fire/Police Property
- Mowing and trimming
- Edging around building, signs, trees, benches, fencing, and fixed structures
- Grass clippings and debris must be removed from all paved areas
- Rock Valley & Farmers Creek Cemeteries
- Mowing and trimming
- Spring and fall cleanup
- Leaf removal
- Branch/Storm debris removal
- Grave Blankets
- Extreme care required to avoid damage to headstones and monuments
- General Requirements
- Contractor is responsible for all equipment, fuel, labor, and materials
- Proof of liability insurance
- Bids must include a total seasonal price
