ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

Metamora Fire proudly protects about 5,000 residents in an area of approximately 35 square miles, which encompasses the Village and Township of Metamora.

BURN PERMITS

If you need a burning permit please contact the Metamora Township Fire Department or complete the online form.

Regulations

Be advised that the last day of burning has to be done by midnight.
Do not let the fire get too big.
Do not burn if it is too windy.
Do not leave the fire unattended.
