To sign up for this service, visit the Lapeer County Register of Deeds office or simply send an email to ROD@lapeercounty.org and include the following information:
- A copy of your picture ID
- Your full name/Trust name (if applicable)
- The email address you would like alerts sent to
- Phone number
Once you are enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email. Alerts are based on name matches:
You will receive notifications whenever ANY document is recorded containing the registered name.
